Festival Shifts >  6-10 hours of teamwork over four festival days on one of 65 teams, plus a $300 Food & Logistics Pass (most Soulshiners)

Long Crew > Minimum four work days (30 hours) on-site before and/or after the festival, plus a $160 Food Pass

Team Lead > Elevated responsibility, managing other people and/or taking lead on at least one critical component of the whole thing, plus a $120 Food Pass

They are available and excited to show up in the spirit of service, where and when assistance and a helping hand are needed to ensure smooth operations and the comfort and safety of the entire community.

Gate Keepers manage the entry points of the festival, welcoming everyone with warmth and enthusiasm.
They provide the memorable first point of contact for our community, ensuring secure and orderly access to the grounds, as well as setting the energetic tone of joy and celebration.

Parking and
Camping

> Festival Shifts

The Parking Team is responsible for directing vehicles to designated parking areas and ensuring efficient traffic flow, while the Camping Team oversees the allocation of camping spots, and provides assistance with gear and setting up tents. Both teams play an important role in managing the logistical aspects of the festival, creating flow and are crucial during the hectic first day when most Soulshiners are arriving and getting settled.

First Aid

The First Aid Team plays a crucial role in providing immediate medical assistance to attendees in case of injuries, illnesses, or emergencies. They are responsible for assessing and addressing medical needs, offering first aid treatment, and coordinating with emergency services if necessary. Their presence helps ensure the safety and well-being of all Soulshiners.

Lifeguards

We are blessed with a beautiful, spring fed lake as the backdrop for this year’s festival. Lifeguards will monitor the lake, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and providing rescue services if necessary. They will maintain a safe environment in and around water, preventing accidents and responding to emergencies.

Info Tent

The Info Tent Team serve as the central point for information and assistance, answering questions, tracking walkies, managing t-shirts and other inventory, and generally helping the community easily navigate the site and the schedule.

Security

Security maintains the perimeter of the site, preventing and responding to incidents as needed. This Team will be present at the Gate and wandering throughout the grounds around the clock to ensure the community can relax and play in comfort and safety.

The application process will ask you to name the top three dream teams you would love to be considered for in 2024.  We hope you find a team you will be excited about joining, but also be open to serving the community in any way that is needed.

All crew experiences teach us about ourselves, relationships and our larger community ….and that is the intention of the project.
