Crews > Family Village
Festival Shifts > 6-10 hours of teamwork over four festival days on one of 65 teams, plus a $300 Food & Logistics Pass (most Soulshiners)
Long Crew > Minimum four work days (30 hours) on-site before and/or after the festival, plus a $160 Food Pass
Team Lead > Elevated responsibility, managing other people and/or taking lead on at least one critical component of the whole thing, plus a $120 Food Pass
Soulshine holds family as a sacred aspect of community life. We support one parent/caregiver attending to small children at all times and therefore we understand that one parent/caregiver per family cannot sign up for a crew. To accommodate this, we have designed a Family Pass for parents and their children 12 and under.
The Family Pass is available for any two adults attending Soulshine with young children. The first adult is the “parent.” The second adult is crew and signs up for a Team.
The Family Pass for two adults & up to two children 4-12 years is $420.
Additional children 4-12 years require a $50 Food Pass.
Teenagers 13-17 years are expected to sign up for a Team and a $120 Food Pass.
Children 0-3 years are free
Note: If you are a single parent, please email us to explore how you can best plugin.
