Project Managers oversee tasks from concept to completion. We have access to the site beginning mid June and will be building features throughout the summer. These projects provide the essential infrastructure needed for the festival, ensuring all physical setups are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Some of the cool stuff we are building this year:
docks
outhouse
stage (or 2)
kitchen
outdoor oven
reefer trailer

Creating beauty and flair throughout the site, decor brings the festival environment to life. Decor creates an immersive and visually appealing atmosphere, enhancing the overall aesthetic and experiential quality of the festival.

We love our signs! Part practical, part decor. Signs, signs, everywhere signs! The Signs Team creates and installs all directional, informational, and thematic signage throughout the festival grounds. Helping the community navigate the grounds and contributing to their overall feeling of place.

We have a lot of stuff. Let’s keep track of it! The Inventory Team manages the storage, organization, and distribution of all festival materials and supplies, ensuring all other teams have what they need when they need it. They ensure efficient use of resources and smooth operations by maintaining an organized inventory system before, during and especially after the festival.

The application process will ask you to name the top three dream teams you would love to be considered for in 2024. We hope you find a team you will be excited about joining, but also be open to serving the community in any way that is needed.
All crew experiences teach us about ourselves, relationships and our larger community ….and that is the intention of the project.
