The 1st Annual Soulshine Themed Art & Craft Gallery

We want Soulshine to inspire the best version of you. All Soulshiners in attendance are invited to participate in the 1st annual Soulshine Art Gallery. Yes, this includes pass holders, volunteers, artists and practitioners. This is an open call to all the artists in our community, both professional and amateur. 

How does it work?

We will display your artwork at the festival, which includes the opportunity for sale in the Gallery on Sunday afternoon. We are accepting 1-2 pieces of artwork per artist, inspired by this year’s festival theme, “ENVISION”.

Artwork must be dropped off at the Gallery in the morning by 9:00am so that the Gallery team has time to properly display it by that afternoon. The show opens at 1:00pm on Sunday, September 4th. Artwork will be on display and for sale until 6:30pm. We ask that you price your work between $40 and $400 and if it sells, Soulshine will retain 25% to help grow the Art Village.

We recommend that art work be no bigger than 24” x 24” and 3D art 24’ cubed. Please include a printed, brief description of how your piece incorporates the Envision theme. Ensure your artwork is framed with hanging hardware and protected from the elements during transport. We will have walls to hang visual art and tables to display your 3D art. Please consider bringing an appropriate display option for your piece. For example: risers (as in decorative box), or a bust for jewelry etc.

A People’s Choice Award will be determined by vote on Sunday during the show and all Soulshiners are eligible to choose their favorite.

The winner will receive 2 festival passes for 2023.
