📜 We’re Official! Soulshine Becomes an Unincorporated Association

Cue the confetti—Soulshine Community has formally registered as an Unincorporated Association, opened our very own account at Kindred Credit Union, and obtained a Business Number with the CRA.

Why this matters:

• Self‑governance: We can act collectively without the red tape of a traditional corporation.
• Financial autonomy: A dedicated bank account means transparent, mission‑aligned money management.
• Trailblazing: We’re charting a replicable path for other grassroots communities.

This milestone is the result of six months of late‑night policy sessions by the Matrix Integration Group (Lisa, Paul, Kirstie, Angee, Denis, Sarah & Katia—you’re legends!). Thank you for challenging the status quo and turning vision into structure.
