Welcome to the 2023 Soulshine Volunteer Application Form

Soulshine is a four day festival. Volunteers are expected to invest 3 x 5 hour shifts. Most volunteers will be scheduled for a shift on Friday, September 1.

In exchange, volunteers receive a full Weekend access Pass to the festival grounds which includes parking, camping and all offerings + a CREW t-shirt. Once confirmed, volunteers are requested to purchase a Volunteer Food Pass for $80 which provides unlimited access to the Community Kitchen, the Beverage Tent and all other festival sponsored food and drink.

Time and Investment

Volunteering is an opportunity to invest in the community, the festdival and cooperative co-creation.

Each Team is unique, but generally a volunteer will be scheduled for 3 shifts of 5 hours each for a total of 15 hours. In exchange, every volunteer will receive a Weekend Gate Pass including parking, camping and all festival offerings + a Crew tshirt.

New this year, accepted volunteers are requested to purchase a Volunteer Food Pass for $80.

Skill and Interest

For a community to function and thrive, many hands are required to do the simple work of hauling, chopping, cleaning and organizing. Let us know how you want to co-create!

We will never share your information with anyone. It will be used exclusively for the volunteer application process.
